U-mobile Prepaid (hereafter referred to as "the service"), is a mobile data communication service available
for NTT Docomo's XI® and FOMA® area.
If you wish to use the service through the SIM card contained in this package, it is necessary to connect to
the service within 30 days of the purchase date of the package. If you do not connect within this period, the SIM card may
no longer be able to connect to the service.
The following day of the first connection will be the first day of the 7, 15 or 30 days usage period.
It is not possible to return the package or obtain a refund once the payment corresponding to
the purchase of the package has been made, no matter whether or not the service has been applied for.
It is not possible to change the size of the SIM card (standard/micro/nano) once the package has been purchased.
It is not possible to change the plan once the package has been purchased.
It is not possible to use SMS with this service.
The SIM card is lent from our company to the user in order for them to use the service. It is forbidden
to modify the SIM card in any way such as cutting the SIM card. Also, once the service period is complete the SIM card must be returned.
